Free Traing & Support.
We provide free product & network training to all installers registered with us. This covers setting up of our range of digital video recorders to be viewed over internet or mobile devices. It also covers various routers ,Dynamic Domain Name Setup & remote support request.
We also provide free remote support to assist you on setting up of DVR's , network etc using Teamviewer software which you can download free of charge.
The 2nd part of the training is on the setup & use of our range of digital video recorders including use of alarm inputs & email functions.
We can also train you at your office if you have 4 or more installers.
Training starts at 10AM and 1st part ends at 12:30 . 2nd part starts at 13:00 & ends 14:30
The following dates are available, please email us to book. A £75 refundable post dated cheuqe is require to confirm your booking, Cheue will be given back to you on attendance of Training course on the date booked.
