Returns ProcedureIn the event that you wish to return an item Please complete all relevant parts of this form.An RMA number will then be issued by email.
1) Complete all fields of the form below.
2) Ensure product is in front of you ready for testing should this be requested.
3) Where possible, bench test the product your self.
4)Please make fault descriptions as detailed as possible.
5 ) Following the issue of an RMA number ensure it is clearly marked on the outside of the transit packaging
6 ) A copy of this form accompanies each parcel.
7 ) Items must be packaged appropriately, damaged items received due to mishandling will be rejected.
8 )Items returned for credit must be in a re-sellable conditon. They must include all packaging and accessories originally supplied otherwise deductions will be made.
9 ) Only items returned within 14 days (will be considered for credit. Items outside this period will be repaired or replaced.
10 ) No fault found items will be returned to the customer with next order otherwise the carriage costs be charged to the customer.
